DOWN PAYMENT OF 50% IS REQUIRED BEFORE ANY ARTWORK OR PRODUCTION IS STARTED. REMAINING BALANCE IS DUE UPON PICKUP/DELIVERY unless prior arrangements have been made for a net terms account. All accounts will be charged a monthly late fee of 1.5% of the total amount due. EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATLEY - Due to the changing tariff situation, price quotes are valid for same day only and prices may fluctuate from invoice to invoice. Credit card transactions over $500 will incur a 3% fee as of Jan 1, 2025. Cash, checks, and ACH is always free! All sales are final on custom ordered items and are non-returnable. If you have questions or concerns regarding your order, please contact us. Customer supplied garments cannot be guaranteed in any way. In the event of an error or damage to the item, we will not be able to replace the item or issue a refund for any materials used or time spent on the project. All outside artwork must be signed off on and approved before production can begin. ALL PRODUCTION TIMES start from date artwork is approved.

Delivery Policy

All orders are shipped Monday – Friday. The rate charged for shipping is based on the weight of the product and your location. Signatures are required on orders exceeding $1000. If you have any questions about your shipment, please contact us.
